DETEC - Concession radio pour One FM - April 30, 2009

Berne, 30.04.2009 - Le transfert de concession radio de Buzz FM à One FM a reçu le feu vert du Département fédéral de l'environnement, des transports, de l'énergie et de la communication (DETEC). Cette décision a été prise après que One FM a donné des assurances quant à l'amélioration de son offre en matière d'informations. Ce point avait empêché One FM d'obtenir une concession l'automne dernier.

Les assurances apportées par One FM d'améliorer son offre en matière d'informations ainsi que les efforts déjà consentis par la radio pour étoffer ses programmes dans ce domaine ont permis au DETEC d'approuver le transfert de concession au terme d'une consultation publique. Avant même cette décision, le diffuseur avait déjà développé son offre d'informations et engagé du personnel. Conformément aux assurances données au DETEC, One FM étoffera sous peu son offre d'informations en fin de journée.

En octobre 2008, lors de l'octroi des dernières concessions de radios régionales, le dossier de candidature de One FM avait été recalé. Le dossier de Buzz FM, qui axait son programme sur l'information, avait lui été retenu. Toutefois, ce nouveau diffuseur avait décidé début novembre de renoncer à sa concession en faveur de One FM. La concession est valable jusqu'au 31 décembre 2019.
